Return Policy

Return Window and Conditions:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition. To start a return, contact us at qualirex2@gmail.com with your order number.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

Processing Time:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
